Indianapolis now has a new terminal at the airport (Map of Airport Terminal). Instead of meeting at carousel #2 as we have done in the past, we will be meeting at carousel #4. in the baggage claim area of the Arrivals Level of the new Indianapolis International Airport Terminal. Look for an individual carrying an ICCM sign.

The Indiana Highway Department has informed Taylor University that they will be paving Indiana Highway 22 from I69 Exit 59 to Upland this summer and the dates could overlap with ICCM. We recommend going to I69 Exit 55 and taking Indiana Highway 26 to the Taylor University campus. (Recommend Directions).

This year the hard deadline for registration is May 29th. If you have not registered by May 29th YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REGISTER. You are still most welcome to attend the sessions, but transportation, housing and food will not be available. There are hotels and restaurants in the area.

We are continuing our efforts to make ICCM family-friendly. You will notice on the schedule special AM and PM family activities. Also as part of this effort, we have some limited family housing available in Morris Hall and Fairlane Apartments. Morris Hall rooms are the normal rooms priced for families and will be located on the third floor for more privacy. The off-campus Fairlane apartments are 2 bedroom (4 single beds), 1 bathroom apartments with a kitchen and living room. You will have wired access to Taylor's network. These apartments are located just 5 blocks north of campus. You will still need to check-in at Morris upon your arrival.

We will again accommodate arrivals on Thursday this year. For $25, you will be able to stay in Morris hall Thursday night. For $75, Families will be able to stay in Fairlane Apartments Thursday night. This only covers lodging for the night, there will be no food till the ICCM official opening Friday evening. Also, there will not be any transportation available from the airport on Thursday.

We will also accommodate departures on Wednesday morning for those who would prefer to fly or drive out early Wednesday rather than late Tuesday. For $25, you will be able to stay in Morris hall Tuesday night. For $75, Families will be able to stay in Fairlane Apartments Tuesday night. This only covers lodging for the night, there will be no food after the lunch on Tuesday. You will be responsible for your dinner Tuesday evening and breakfast Wednesday morning. Due to the fact that there are workshops after ICCM, there WILL be a Wednesday shuttle. It will leave at 1:00 PM Wednesday, much like the shuttles on Tuesday. The same restrictions would apply in that you would need to allow for travel and check-in time, and thus your flights would need to be scheduled no earlier that 4:30 PM. For those of you staying for the workshops, if you sign up for a shuttle, then you will be able to take this back. For those of you staying Tuesday night but NOT staying for the workshops, be aware that there may be space on the Wednesday shuttle, but priority will be given to people attending the workshops.

Flight MUST arrive at Indianapolis (IND) on Friday by 2 pm (EST). Pickup will be near the escalators in the baggage claim area of the Arrivals Level of the new Indianapolis International Airport Terminal. Look for an individual carrying an ICCM sign. After the conference, shuttles will leave promptly at 1:00 PM Tuesday and flights should be scheduled no earlier than 4:30 PM to allow for the 1 1/2 hour drive and 2 hour check-in time at the airport. Returning flight MUST be scheduled to depart Indianapolis (IND) at 4:30 pm or after. NO EXCEPTIONS.
