| Profile: | Patrick Bailey is a professor of information systems at Calvin College. Prior to that, he had a diverse 25 year career that included operations management and software development. He has been published in the C/C++ User Journal, Better Software Magazine and Software Test & Performance. He continues to be actively involved in software development with special emphasis on use case facilitation and software architecture definition. Patrick is also a regular volunteer for the Great Lakes Software Excellence Conference (glsec.org), which he is chairing this year, and just recently he facilitated his students at Calvin in organizing the first Dynamic Link Conference (http://www.dynamiclink09.org). Dynamic Link brings working professionals and students together to discuss issues of faith in IT careers. |

| Profile: | Greg Beeley has been actively involved in missions and Christian ministry, having worked for Promise Keepers as a Cisco, Windows NT, and Solaris system administrator and software developer before joining Operation Mobilization and co-founding LightSys Technology Services with Tim Young in 1999. Since founding LightSys, Greg has focused his time and skills on, Linux security research, the Centrallix web-based application platform, the use of diskless Linux workstations in missions, supporting Tim Young's work, and the development of training materials for Linux and networking/information security. Greg also taught an "Information Security" class as an adjunct professor at Taylor University in January 2004 and January 2006. |

| Profile: | Pete's a former Silicon Valley consultant, and widely known in the mission world as a technology leader. For over two decades, Pete and his teams have been used of the Lord to help the body of Christ learn how to work together better in practical ways. The "10/40 Window" visual message emerged from their work on tools that turn masses of numbers into simple, clear pictures. To enable global interaction, they created "XC.Org," making email practical for Christian groups worldwide. Now Pete and the ICTA team are creating "seamless" spiritual/technical models to nurture trust relationships - transforming communication into true collaboration among God's people. This work serves a number of communities, such as the India Leadership Study and Kingdom-focused technology professionals.
Pete's been joyfully married for over 25 years to Leslie, a naturalist, who coined the "digital nervous system" concept, and is a woman of God with incredible patience and endurance. They have two daughters, Teri and Karin. |

Now they live in Marietta, Georgia and work as a team to inform, challenge, and train people for ministry to the peoples of the world now immigrating into the USA. |

Since that time, Tim has visited over 60 missions (mostly represented at ICCM) to help increase the quality of the training the missions IT people get. Tim is married to Patricia and they live in a motorhome dubbed "the Turtle." |

For years God has put a longing in his heart to try and copy the ICCM conference to Europe and encourage the technical missionaries in Europe to share their individual knowledge.
