IMPORTANT: Registration will close on May 10th. If you have not registered by May 10, 2013, you will NOT be able to register. You are still welcome to attend the sessions, but transportation, housing and food will not be available. There are hotels and restaurants in the area.

Families are encouraged to attend! We will once again be providing family housing in the University Apartments.
We have decided to change up the normal opening night Introductions. Please pay attention on the registration form as we are asking some additional questions about your interests, what you have to offer, and what you hope to get from the conference. This will help us as we try to make improvements on the way we do introductions.
We are pleased to again allow for early arrivals. The conference starts on Monday, June 10th. If you are participating in the workshops, part of that cost is housing and meals for Monday. If you choose the early arrival option in the registration form, you are paying for housing Sunday night, but you will be on your own for Breakfast and Lunch on Monday. As the start of the conference is officially dinner Monday, that meal will be provided regardless of when you register to arrive. There will be Airport Shuttles on Sunday. Due to scheduling we would ask that you try to arrive before 5:00 PM if possible. If that is not possible, then please
contact us so we can help make arrangements.
The conference wraps up Friday after Lunch. The earliest shuttles will leave at 1:30, arriving at Indianapolis airport at 3:00. Please plan you flights accordingly. We recommend flights leaving no earlier than 5:00 PM to allow for ample time to check-in, get through security, and to your gate. We will also have a shuttle leaving at 8:30 AM Saturday, arriving at 10:00 AM. For those staying Friday night, we recommend flights leaving no earlier than 12:00 noon.
You can fly into Indianapolis (IND). The airport is 90 minutes away from Taylor. Because of this, and the start time of ICCM, Monday evening at 5:00, Airport shuttles need to depart no later than 3:00 in order to give people time to check-in upon arrival and make it across campus to the dining facility. Please plan your flights accordingly. We recommend arriving no later than 2:00 PM.
This year we do have three workshops. These will be all-day workshops held on Monday before the main conference. The cost for the workshop includes housing on Sunday night, so you are welcome to arrive anytime Sunday.
